911 is an option, however they usually are not as efficient, and utilize public hospitals. Also an English-speaking operator is not often available. There are no 4X4 emergency services to reach the hotel, so be prepared to transport yourself or travel companion direct to a hospital or care facility or into town to meet an emergency transport service.
